Before you click the final button to submit your order you will be given an opportunity to print your order in case your email confirmation does not arrive.
In the confirmation email there will be a link to check the status of your order including shipping date and any updates on backorders or other information affecting your order.
CLOTHING POLICIES & GUARANTEE:
- Clothing and all other items, excluding all bedding items, will be shipped within 14 days of your credit card being charged. If we do not have your item requested in stock at the time you place your order, the order will be updated as "warehouse waiting for product" and the order will be placed on hold/unbilled until the item arrives in stock. If you check your order status link and find your order status with this term you can cancel the order at anytime during this period. Once your order has been updated as 'paid', the order cannot be canceled.
CORRECT SIZE GUARANTEE - If your clothing item arrives and does not fit your pet you may return the item (postmarked within 3 days of your receipt) for an exchange of the same item in the correct size needed. You will not be charged any fees for the replacement but you will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to us. We suggest that you send the item back with delivery confirmation so that we can verify the item was returned in case the item is lost during shipping.
HOW TO MAKE A SIZE EXCHAGE OR OTHER RETURN - If you need to return the item for another size you must notify us by creating a trouble ticket and waiting for our email with the Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). We cannot accept returns without a RMA #. We will happily exchange any clothing item for size correction but refunds will not be issued. If you feel a size change will not solve the issue we will issue you a store credit for the product amount. Shipping fees are not refundable.
BEDDING ITEMS
Personalized bedding products are custom made at the time of order. Many of our products are made by hand or require hours in production and very little of what we sell is sitting on a shelf ready to ship. We appreciate your understanding and patience when making a purchase that quality products take time to produce. If you need a blanket or pillow item for a special event please be sure to allow several weeks for processing or order by phone to discuss with a sales agent if the item can be sent in time for your event.
For all blankets and pillows please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. (Express shipping available for delivery within 1-2 weeks)
We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. If there is a quality issue with your bedding item, you may return it in new condition and in its original condition within 5 days for a prompt exchange for the same item or refund. Understandably, personalized bedding (blankets & pillows) items cannot be accepted for a full refund, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We cannot accept returns based on late arrival as custom products take time to create and shipping time frames are only an estimate.
We cannot accept liability for the failure of any carrier to fulfill a promised delivery time.
